Serilingampally Revenue Officials seized guesthouse owned by Prabhas in Rayadurgam. Why did they do so?
In Rayadurgam, 84.30 acres of land is in Survey No.46. A property dispute between State Government and Locals has been continuing since 1954. Supreme Court delivered a verdict in favour of the State Government.
Guesthouse owned by Prabhas is spread across 2,200 sq yards in the 84.30 acres. A petition was moved by the Actor in the past seeking regularizing of the land as per GO 59. However, State Government hasn't responded positively so far.
Post the verdict delivered by the Apex Court, Revenue Officials demolished few illegal structures in Survey No.46. The guesthouse of the Baahubali Actor was seized by the Officials on Monday. Will it be demolished or gets an exemption?
