Prabhas knowingly took a risk with Radhe Shyam
By: Tupaki Desk | 13 March 2022 7:28 AM GMTPrabhas's Radhe Shyam opened on a strong note at the box office. The film is set to have a fruitful weekend but the weak reviews will give the film a real big challenge from the first Monday.
Meanwhile, Prabhas is said to have knowingly taken a risk with Radhe Shyam and here is a peek into the same.
In one of his latest interactions with media, Prabhas said "I know that I am taking a risk with Radhe Shyam which is a love drama. Films like these will not get great openings. But that won't stop me from picking new and fresh subjects. I have always wanted to do a love drama and I did the same now."
Well, Radhe Shyam has collected a shade under Rs 11 crores in the Nizam circuit on its opening day and it failed to beat Bheemla Nayak's record of Rs 11.8 crores. This just validates Prabhas's recent comment.
Going by Prabhas's methodology, he doesn't care too much about box office records and all he wishes to do is deliver new-age content to the audience.
