Prabhas lines up 8 contrasting films

Pan India superstar Prabhas commands one of the very best box office pulls for any superstar in Indian cinema. His craze and following in Northern and as well as the Southern part of India are impeccable. Interestingly enough Prabhas has lined up 8 completely contrasting films. No two films in his upcoming filmography look similar.
Prabhass immediate next theatrical release Radhe Shyam is a proper love drama featuring Pooja Hegde in the female lead role. Prabhas is returning to romance genre after a decade and this is expected to add more impetus to Radhe Shyam. The love drama is directed by Radha Krishna Kumar and it is apparently gearing up for theatrical release this March.
Then comes Adipurush a mythological epic directed by Om Raut. Prabhas plays Lord Ram in this film while Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan plays demon king Lankesh. This project is being mounted on a lavish scale and it is expected to further boost Prabhass box office pull in the North Indian market. This film is announced for theatrical release on the 11th of August this year.
Next in line is Salaar a heavy duty action thriller directed by Prashanth Neel of KGF fame. This film is in the production phase now and it is said to be loaded with heavy duty action blocks. Prabhas is doing a proper adrenaline-pumping action drama after a long time. This film will be having its theatrical release next year.
Nag Ashwins Project K happens to be the costliest project in Prabhass career and it is touted to be a futuristic sci-fi thriller with a unique plot. There are reports claiming that this project is being mounted on a budget in excess of Rs 600 crores. This project is in the early stages of production and it marks the coming together of Prabhas Pooja Hegde and Amitabh Bachchan.
Sandeep Reddy Vangas Spirit is possibly one of the most anticipated films in Prabhass current line up. Sandeep had proven that he is a dynamic filmmaker with Arjun Reddy and everyone is eager to know what kind of a character he will etch for Prabhas this time around. This film will hit the floors later this year or early next year. Prabhas plays a cop in this film.
Then comes an action adventure with Bollywood director Siddharth Anand. Mythri Movie Makers are bankrolling this film and more details about the project will be out in the days to follow. Apart from these projects Prabhas is said to be in talks with Maruthi for a horrror comedy and also a tentative project with Dil Raju.
