What Prabhas Learnt From Saaho BO Result?

Prabhas didn't hesitate to say that the budget of 'Saaho' went up to Rs 350 crore. Did the Action Thriller collect as much money spent by the Producers? Makers had proudly claimed Gross of Rs 350 crore was generated in 5 days. 'Saaho' need that much share to attain hit status but revenue continued to decline drastically from first Monday itself. In North India, 'Chhichhore' occupied most of the screens on last Fridays. In the Telugu circuit, There was no competition for the Prabhas-starrer until this Friday. From September 13th, Majority of the 'Saaho' screens will be occupied by Nani's 'Gang Leader'.
Prabhas has already moved on to his next project which is a Love Story with 1960s Europe Backdrop. 'Jil' fame Radhakrishna is trying to give a nostalgic feeling with the screenplay of this flick. Pooja Hegde will be romancing the Baahubali Star this time.
During the pre-release interviews, Prabhas informed he gonna decide the budget of his next flick (tentatively titled Jaan) based on the result of 'Saaho'. As per the grapevine, A decision was taken to make the new project with not less than Rs 180 crore. The budget might go up to Rs 250 crore by the time of release if included the expenditure incurred for promotions.
One wonders if Prabhas learnt any lessons from 'Saaho' failure or not. Of course, Budget of 'Jaan' isn't as much as 'Saaho' but Rs 180 crore or Rs 250 crore is a huge amount for a Love Story.
