Prabhas Sets A New Record For Indian Cinema

Pan India star Prabhas had joined hands with young director Sujeeth post Baahubali 2 for a multilingual film, Sahoo. However, except the Hindi version, the rest failed at the box office.
Now, this film which failed here is setting a new record for Indian movies in India. Apparently, Japan is among a few countries in the world which opened its screens during the ongoing outbreak. And, Prabhas' Saaho happens to be one of the latest releases in Japan.
Now, this action drama has become the highest opener with $110K for an Indian film by surpassing Hindi film, Dangal. Sahoo also managed to find a place among the top 5 all time grosser in Japan. The other films ahead of Sahoo are English Vinglish, 3 Idiots, Muthu and Baahubali 2.
