SS Rajamouli has got a competitor in the form of Prabhudeva. On multiple occasions, Jakkanna made it clear that his life ambition would be to made Mahabharat in four parts using the latest technology available. Now, The Choreographer-turned-Filmmaker expresses a similar desire.
Prabhudeva: 'To make Mahabharat on par with Hollywood standards is my dream. It should match the standards of 'Lord Of The Rings'. Don't know if it will happen or not!'.
Notably, Dasari Narayana Rao have the dream of making Mahabharat but he mayn't have the resources to fulfill it at this juncture. Even if Prabhudeva dares to make Mahabharat, It might be made in a single part due to cost constraint. Whereas, Rajamouli will have the luxury to make Mahabharat on a grand scale after proving his mettle with films like 'Magadheera', 'Eega' and 'Baahubali'. In that way, Rajamouli will have an upper hand over Prabhudeva even if the mythological flick of Indian Michael Jackson releases first.
