Anchor Pradeep shocked everyone with first song from his movie, 30 Days lo Preminchadam Ela? Neeli Neeli Aakasam song went viral in few hours of its release.
Anup Rubens made a strong comeback after Katamarayudu with this album and only on the popularity of the song, many thought Pradeep team will be able to declare their film a hit.
The buzz evidently grew over the time even though other songs did not catch up to the Neeli Neeli popularity. They also became popular with 3 to 4M songs each.
With Amrutha Aiyyar kind of emerging talent as leading lady, hit songs and support from all leading actors, from their fanbase(s) and the good name that Pradeep has in families, film looked to have sure shot chance at opening to decent occupancies at least during the weekend of release, for producers to recover costs.
But Covid-19 lockdown of malls, theaters, schools in Telangana till 31st March means Pradeep cannot release his movie on 25th March. He will have to postpone and even though he picks a date, he has to hope that people are ready to spend money on entertainment after such a long period of panic and lockdown, which results in economic slowdown as well.
Natural Star Nani's V can recover costs or wait until the situation seems good enough to release their film. But can the same said about Pradeep's producers?
