Bollywood actor Raj Babbar late actress Smitha Patil's son Prateik Babbar couldn't make it big in Bollywood, unlike other star kids. Though he made her debut in 2008 with 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na'. He acted in films like 'Dhobi Ghat', 'Dum Maaro Dum' and 'Ekk Deewana Tha' and 'Issaq' but he is yet to get a big break.
Prateik is the ex-lover of heroine Amy Jackson. After breaking up with Amy, he started dating his longtime friend Sanya Sagar who is a writer-director. Sanya Sagar is the daughter of a Lucknow based politician in Lucknow. In a recent development, Prateik got engaged to Sanya. Posting their pic he wrote on the Instagram page that "#monday.. holy snappp!.. that just happened!"
While speaking about their marriage plans, Prateik revealed that they are yet to lock the wedding date. On the professional front, Prateik is working on 'Baaghi 2' starring Tiger Shroff. He is also part of Taapsee Pannu movie 'Mulk'.
