Preeti and Arjun Reddy have become most referenced couple for lovers ever since movie, Arjun Reddy came out. Shalini Pandey also became famous as much as Vijay Devarakonda.
But the actor could easily over shadow her and he did deserve such an applause. He did not wait for someone to ask his take on Kabir Singh, Hindi remake of the film.
He became part of the hype bus for Kabir Singh from first day and he always maintained that Kiara Advani or someone from team are in touch with him about the film.
Many articles have come out about it and even Hindi media asked about him during Kabir Singh release. Movie collected 192 crores Nett in 11 days and it is looking at 300 crores but World Cup matches could hamper its chances to reach that mark.
Now, Vijay Devarakonda became a well known actor in Bollywood circles too, as many saw the original and he is looking at Hindi debut some time in 3 years.
Shalini Pandey, who hails from Maharastra and did Marathi theatre surprisingly distanced herself from the team and is doing Tamil movies mostly. Even though she did act in Mahanati and 118 after Arjun Reddy.
She had a great chance to board the hype train and book a wagon for her too. But she just left station when Amrish Puri like fate gave her a chance which Vijay boarded like SRK but she couldn't be his Simran or Kajol to make things better for her!
