Courier Boy is copy of Hollywood film?

Copying from Hollywood films is nothing for our makers. They are all freemakes. Many films in the recent pasts have key story lines that are lifted from Hollywood and other foreign langauge films.
Coming to topic, Nitin's Courier Boy Kalyan is also looking like having an Hollywood inspiration. Looking at the trailer of Nitin's film and 2012 Hollywood thriller "Premium Rush", it looks like these two movies are pretty same. But Premium Rush is a flop at American box office.
Director Premasai of Courier Boy Kalyan however condemned these reports. He stated that Premium Rush has come in 2012 but he wrote the script and registered it in 2011 itself. We will know truth upon film's release.
