Producer Interested In OTT Release But Director Says No!

Director Ravikanth Perepu proved his talent through his first film 'Kshanam'. He received a lot of accolades and got a Nandi award as the best screenplay writer for this thriller.
But Adivi Sesh walked away with all the credit and Ravikanth had to wait for a very long time to start his second flick. He finally started his second flick with 'Guntur Talkies' fame Siddhu Jonnalagadda and 'Jersey' heroine Shraddha Srinath. The film is titled 'Krishna And His Leela'.
The teaser attracted the youth audience a lot. But the film which was supposed to be released by now ended up getting postponed due to Corona lockdown. As no one knows about the reopening date of theatres, producer Suresh Babu is planning to release it on the OTT platform as he reportedly received a fancy offer on this film from Netflix.
But director Ravikanth Perepu is disagreeing with this decision as this is a chance to prove himself and releasing it in OTT will definitely make his efforts go unnoticed. He wants to wait till the theatres are reopened but Suresh Babu already took the decision as per sources. We may know more about it in the next few days.
