Producers Guild Currently Focusing On Three Key Troubles?

There are a few long-pending issues in the Tollywood film industry that have to be addressed at the earliest. Though a few producers tried their best in addressing the issues, there is not much success. This prompted the Active Telugu Film Producers Guild to step in and take a key decision in this regard.
The other day, the Active Telugu Film Producers Guild issued a press release saying that the film shootings will be stopped from the 1st of August. In the release, the producers guild said that the issues should be addressed and till then the shootings will be halted.
Though six issues are troubling the Tollywood film industry, the producers guild is said to have focused on three issues mainly. Reports said that the body is putting more focus on theatrical/exhibition issues, OTT releases, and cost production issues.
It is known that a lot is being said about the issues faced by theatrical exhibitors. Many theatre owners in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are facing issues with ticket fares. While the ticket fares are very less in Andhra Pradesh, the situation is contrasting in other Telugu state Telangana. We have seen how many theatres in Andhra Pradesh closed their operations during the Bheemla Nayak release.
The OTTs are also posing a big threat to films. Recently, the producers have proposed an idea that the gap between the theatrical release and OTT release of films.
The rise in production costs in the industry is also a big concern. A few producers have expressed their concerns about the remunerations of star heroes which has reached the sky. This is also a big concern for film producers.
