Producers Syndicate Corona Jackpot!
By: Tupaki Desk | 13 April 2020 6:29 AM GMTThe Corona pandemic has resulted in an economic crisis all over the World. Tollywood is no exception for Corona and already few producers are feeling the heat! The latest news doing rounds in Telugu Film Nagar is all about the jackpot of the producers syndicate.
The News sources say that a Politician is in talks with the producers syndicate to acquire Theaters in the form of a buy out deal. It is said that the lockdown has come as boon for the big sum investors and landlords turned Politicians.
The Theater owners especially the single screen owners across the two Telugu States are now doomed by the Corona pandemic. They are unable to churn out money for at least the maintenance. They have come to an opinion that the golden period of Theaters has gone way back and now it's only a loss business everywhere. Now they are all set to buy their assets and just let go off their business with whatever the offer that comes their way!
The said Politician and Producers Syndicate are taking the financial doom period to their advantage and thus planning to acquire at least 100 single screens o buyout deals for dead cheap prices.
It is evident that the Producers Syndicate has 100's of Theaters in their clutches under lease agreements for longer periods. Now if the single screens also go to them. The Theater business becomes more one-sided beating the small films business to death.
