Chances for sequel to Garuda Vega

Till Yesterday, everyone thought can Rajasekhar pull off a lead role and carry film on his shoulders. Many also worried if Garuda Vega is a worthy risk to take for him at this age and time. The actor made a fresh start with the movie by killing all the animosity for him in the Industry. He literally went door to door to get the publicity of his movie kicking.
Now, the movie directed by Praveen Sattaru has been able to get appreciation from all quarters and the collections have improved over the day by evening time on Friday. The movie is expected to score huge for Saturday and Sunday. We have to wait for the final weekend numbers to estimate how much the movie will recover from theatrical business.
It is great for Rajasekhar and the movie, even if it recovers half of the amount like 12 to 15 crores from theatrical as that will prompt the makers to make a bid for good returns from satellite, remake and dubbing rights along with online business. In total, the movie could end up as a success for Producers without them having to lose everything. Hence, as the makers have hinted in the last scene a cliff hanger, ending to the story, a sequel and a new mission for NIA Sekhar with a new identity is a great possibility. Can that happen?
