Puri Jagannadh Confused On HowTo Go Ahead With 'Fighter'!
By: Tupaki Desk | 22 Dec 2020 12:58 PM GMTDashing director Puri Jagannadh is known for his superfast making and racy narration. Even with a hero like Mahesh Babu, he managed o complete 'Businessman' within 72 days which explains his speed and clarity. But the 'Ismart' director is not able to know how to go forward with his upcoming project 'Fighter'.
Touted to be an action entertainer, 'Fighter' starring Vijay Devarakonda and Ananya Pandey is a pan-Indian project made simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu. The shooting of this flick came to a halt due to lockdown and it hasn't restarted ever since.
The film's script demands to be shot in America and other nations with collaboration with foreign actors. As it did not materialize, the team thought of filming it in any of the European countries but the situation took a bad turn when some countries announced lockdown again while others implemented strict curfews.
A few portions of this movie need to be shot in the streets of Mumbai but the government of Maharashtra came up with new rules which destroy the team's hopes of kick-starting the shooting again. Looks like Puri Jagannadh & Co are unable to find a way to take their film back on sets.
