Puri Jagan celebrates 50th Birthday

Today (September 28th) it happens to be 50th birthday of director Puri Jagan. Known for his maverick and slap-stick style of Film Making, this director is always special for Telugu audiences.
Starting his career with Pawan Kalyan's "Badri", Puri then made stunning films like Idiot, Itlu Sravani Subramanyam, Amma Nanna O'Tamilammayi, Sivamani, Pokiri, Desamuduru, Bujjigadu, Heart Attack, Temper, Jyothi Lakshmi and more. All these films have unique characterisations for heroes and the dialogues are sharp and hard hitting.
After getting inspired by Ram Gopal Varma's Siva, Puri Jagan got close to Krishna Vamsi and then became his assistant director. Under the influence of Mani Ratnam and Balchander, Puri has turned a sensational director.
