Puri Jagan praises King Ravana

For us Indians, Lord Rama is the hero and King Ravana is the villain. Every time good wins over evil, we celebrate it as victory of Rama only. However, director Puri Jagan throws a surprise by calling Ravana as a best man than most of present Indians.
"You (Ravan) gave more respect to women than many present day people", says Puri Jagan. "Even when Lord Rama killed you, you were wise enough to seek apologies" he adds about Ravan. He released through an image, his statement.
Puri Jagan is known for giving sarcastic and negative comments on many issues, but still they hold some truth. That's Puri folks.
