Jagan's pay check is still mind blowing

Recently Puri Jagan made only one hit film and that is none other than "Temper". But the film has collected only 42+ crores share despite being called a hit.
Apart from the film, all other escapades like Loafer and Jyothi Lakshmi have failed big time. Still, Jagan is one of those highly paid directors if we have to believe. He's being paid an whopping 8 crores by Kalyan Ram to direct him in "Ism", say sources.
Generally directors lessen their remuneration after a flop but Puri Jagan is collecting the same, no matter the box office status of his films are.
Because Puri's film making finishes on time and the whole project gets ready in said 20 crores budget, even producers are willing to pay likewise.
