Puri & Vijay Shifts Their Shooting From Mumbai!

After a successful 'Ismart Shankar', dashing director Puri Jagannadh is working on his upcoming Hindi and Telugu bilingual with crazy young hero Vijay Devarakonda. Star filmmaker Karan Johar is presenting this film in Hindi while Puri & Charmee are jointly producing this film under the 'Puri Connects' banner. Cute actress Ananya Pandey who made her Hindi debut with 'Student Of The Year 2' will be seen romancing Vijay in this film.
Prior to the lockdown, the team shot extensively in Mumbai. They completed two key schedules in the financial capital of India. As the film is set in the backdrop of Mumbai, the next schedule was also planned there but the Coronavirus is forcing them to make changes in their plans. Mumbai is currently one of the most Corona affected cities in India and it is not safe to work there even after the lockdown is eased. So, Puri and Vijay decided to shift their base to Hyderabad. News is that some special sets will be erected for the film in Hyderabad and the shooting will be completed here.
This film is tentatively titled 'Fighter'. Vijay took training in Martial Arts for this film and sources say that this flick is going to be a high-octane action entertainer with Puri Jagannadh's mark all over it. Vijay Devarakonda needs a hit right now and hope that Puri provides it.
