Pushpa Shoot: Change Of Plans For Allu Arjun
X
As reported earlier, Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil, and the rest of the cast and crew of Pushpa: The Rise commenced an action-oriented schedule in the Maredumilli forest region last week. A few important action sequences in the film were supposed to be shot in this schedule. However, the makers were taken aback by unforeseen circumstances that resulted in a change of plans. Apparently, torrential rains in the Maredumilli forest region have forced the makers of Pushpa to cut short the ongoing schedule and come up with an alternative plan. After coming to a conclusion that the shoot can't be continued amid such torrential rains, the makers came up with a plan B. They have decided to alter the shooting location.

The latest we hear is that team Pushpa has shifted the base to Kakinada now. Allu Arjun, Fahadh, and other lead cast and crew were shifted to Kakinada for the forthcoming schedule of the film. A few pivotal sequences will be shot in this schedule and it will be going on for a few weeks from now. It is heard that Rashmika Mandanna, who plays the female lead in the film might also be joining the unit in the Kakinada schedule. More details about the same will be out in the days to come.

The makers plan to complete the entire filming part by the end of October so that they can then start planning the optimal release date for the film. The idea is to complete the shoot by the end of October and prepare the film for Christmas 2021 release. But this decision will ultimately depend on the Covid third wave and the situation of the theatrical industry in December. The makers are keeping their options open for now and they will be announcing their affirmative release plans only after the final cut is readied, which doesn't appear to be too far from now.

Pushpa marks the coming together of powerhouses like Sukumar, Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil, Devi Sri Prasad, and others. The film is being made in two parts. Mythri Movie Makers are bankrolling the project on a massive scale.
