Producer PVP complaints on director Vamsi

From a long time there is news that director Vamsi Paidipally has a falloff with producer PVP regarding Mahesh's movie. Making that true, Vamsi announced this film under Dil Raju and Ashwini Dutt's production on his twitter page.
Taking the issue further into dirt linen, PVP has now lodged a complaint on Vamsi with Film Chamber and Producers Council as the director failed to fulfill the commitment. As agreements are already made, it's for Vamsi to give an explanation as to why he's not honouring it.
Meanwhile efforts are being made by some biggies to sort the issue amicably.
