When the film "Oopiri" has released, tall claims are made with trade pundits saying that that the film collected 60+ crores. But the truth is something only producer PVP could tell.
Other day while lodging a complaint with Telugu producers council and also film chamber, producer PVP mentioned that director Vamsi Paidipally's lack of clarity in shooting Oopiri has resulted him in 21 crores losses. And that explains how much the film has really made at box office.
