Veteran Actor Raavi Kondala Rao has been in the Telugu Film Industry for several decades. From Legendary personalities like SV Ranga Rao, NTR & ANR to Present Generation Heroes, He had shared screen space with almost all of them in a glorious film career.
Actually, Ranga Rao was supposed to play the main lead in the film 'Ummadi Kutumbam'. After coming to an understanding on the remuneration, Producers have asked Ranga Rao to sign on the agreement confirming his presence on the sets for some particular dates. Ranga Rao refused to sign and the offer has gone to Nagabhushanam.
Raavi Kondala Rao reveals the reason: "Ranga shoots for only 15 days in a month, why because he is an alcohol addict. Once he starts drinking, It will continue for 15 days in a row. In spite of that, He is a legendary actor. For Narthanasala, Ranga Rao have done the role of Keechakudu. Director used to say Today's shoot might continue till 5 PM. Ranga Rao used to complete it by 1 PM itself. Such a great actor!".
