Actresses Move High Court Against Star Hero

Mollywood Actress abduction and sexual assault took a new turn. Actresses Honey Rose and Rachana Narayanankutty filed a petition in the Kerala High Court seeking appointment of Woman Judge for the hearings of Heroine's molestation case. Along with this petition, HC Bench accepted the petition moved by Hero Dileep seeking CBI Probe on Friday.
Kerala Government earlier decided that trail of the Actress abduction and sexual assault case should happen under the supervision of a Woman Judge. Delay in implementation of this decision and the revoke of ban on Hero Dileep by AMMA hasn't gone down well with many Actresses in Mollywood.
In the petition, Honey Rose and Rachana Narayanankutty opined transparency can be maintained and justice can be done only if a female judge is appointed.
In February 2017, A Popular Heroine was abducted and molested by Pulsar Suni Gang in Kerala. Special Investigation Team (SIT) framed charges against Dileep as a main conspirator and arrested him. Dileep came out of prison obtaining bail after 8 month.
