Radhe Shyam and Adipurush producer facing rape charges

T Bhushan Kumar, a prominent name in the Bollywood film industry has landed in a legal mess as an unnamed 30-year-old woman has filed a rape case against him. Mumbai police have registered the case under DN Nagar jurisdiction and further investigation regarding the same is underway.
Going into the story, a 30-year-old model and budding actress who prefers to go anonymous has filed a rape case against Bhushan Kumar, saying he sexually assaulted her for three years between 2017-2020. She says Bhushan promised to provide her with acting opportunities and demanded her to fulfill his desires for the same.
The lady says Bhushan cheated her by exploiting her physically and threatening to destroy her career if she speaks against him. The police filed cases under sections 376, 420, 506 of Indian penal code against Bhushan following a related complaint from the lady. These are some series accusations and if proven guilty, Bhushan will have to face the legal consequences.
Bhushan, who own and operates T Series Entertainments is associated with Prabhas's upcoming films, Radhe Shyam and Adipurush. He is one of the well established film producers in the B-town. He is yet to speak about the rape case.
