Raghava Lawrence Coming Out of his Zone, will it work?

Raghava Lawrence might have started his career as a choreographer. But he was fascinated by filmmaking and stepped into the shoes of the director. He shot to fame with the horror-comedy series Kanchana. The highly successful Kanchana film made him make a debut in Bollywood as well. He could not get more chances with Laxmii failing at the box office despite having Khiladi Akshay Kumar on board.
After taking a break, Lawrence announced a film with Kathiresan which is titled Rudran( Rudrudu in Telugu). For the first time, Lawrence is stepping out of his comfort zone and doing an action entertainer.
The first look poster of Rudrudu looks intense as Raghava Lawrence fights a bunch of baddies. It has to be seen how Lawrence suits in a full-time action role. Comedies and horror thrillers have been his strength, and Lawrance is moving out of the zone with the upcoming film.
With the poster, the makers hinted that the film will have breathtaking acting sequences with Raghava Lawrence taking on the baddies. It appears as if the poster might be from a high-octane action episode.
Kathiresan is directing and presenting Rudrudu which is in the final leg of its shooting. Five Star Creations LLP is bankrolling the upcoming film. The Raghava Lawrence starrer has locked the Christmas season for the release. Priya Bhavani Shankar is playing the leading lady.
Ace actor Sarath Kumar who pulled off a brilliant role of a transgender in Kanchana is playing a vital role in the upcoming movie which has music by GV Prakash Kumar.
