Jalli Kattu : Lawrence protests at Merina beach

What is the burning issue & hot topic in Tamil Nadu now ? Some may answer that 'Sasaikala's fight for CM chair'...interestingly it still is a hot topic, but it's not a burning issue any more. All the Tamilians are now united on 'Jallikattu' issue. Ever since Supreme Court banned 'Jalli Kattu', all the Tamilians are coming on to the streets to pledge their support to the Jalli Kattu game and protesting against Supreme Court rule.
Most of the Kollywood celebrities pledging their support to the Jalli Kattu. In recent development Raghava lawrence stepped into the scene and protested along with thousands of students at the Merina beach, Chennai. He said that he is ready to give one crore rupees for providing food and water to the protesters.
He said that "Jalli Kattu is a game which reflects Tamil tradition. We should stop the foriegn elements who are trying to stop this tradition. It is good that State Government passed a resolution in support of Jalli Kattu. All the Tamil people are supporting Jalli Kattu. I am happy that Tamil celebrities are pledging their support too. Central Government should take note of these protests and allow Jalli Kattu game as before".
