Raj & DK Opens Up About Sam's Role In Indian 'Citadel'!

Raj & DK are the Telugu filmmaker duo who made a name for themselves in Bollywood. After making successful movies like 'Go Goa Gone', 'A Gentleman', 'Stree', 'UnPaused' and others, they have entered the OTT world and started making waves in the market with their game-changing series 'Family Man'. After this super successful series, they made 'Farzi' which came out this year and got a record number of views. People are eagerly waiting for its second season.
They are currently making the Indian adaptation of the English series 'Citadel' with Varun Dhawan and Samantha Prabhu in the lead. It is going to be an action-packed series and there are huge expectations on it. The first looks of the lead actors are already out and people are curious to see how Sam does in the role which was done by Priyanka Chopra Jonas in the original.
Talking about Samantha, Raj & DK stated that they are going to use her best abilities and will be presenting her with more challenging scenes. They claimed that her role is going to be very tough and will be performing some high-octane stunts in the series. Recently, Samantha posted a picture where we can see the bruises on her hands. She called it 'Perks of Action' and it showcases the willingness of the star actress to give her best in the action episodes.
Apart from the Indian adaptation of 'Citadel', Samantha is working on 'Khushi' which is a romantic entertainer. Vijay Deverakonda is the hero in this movie which is being directed by Shiva Nirvana. Her 'Shaakunthalam' will be coming out on 14th April.
