Rajamouli almost tortured Ram Charan and Jr. NTR!

Few directors are regarded as perfectionists as they don't agree for compromise in their vision. SS Rajamouli is a grave perfectionist and he is known as "Jakkanna" in this regards.
He is given the name because he keeps changing and chopping until he attains the perfect shape just like a sculptor. Jakkanna is known as the best sculptor ever in Indian history.
Now for RRR, he almost tortured Ram Charan and Jr. NTR. This is revealed by Jr. NTR himself. In an interview, he shared that just for one song, that too one shot, Rajamouli asked for 15 takes and retakes until it looked perfect.
Yes, you guessed it right. For Naatu Naatu song, both the best dancers of Indian Cinema shook leg in sync and the shots looked perfect.
To attain this perfection, Rajamouli shot the song for 14 hours each day. Jr. NTR felt that Rajamouli has gone mad as the director rewind the shots, paused them and saw that the sync need to be perfect.
Now post release, receiving positive feedback for the song and steps, Jr. NTR is happy and excited to see fans reaction at theatres. Even we are too. Movie will release on 7th January, 2021.
