Rajamouli missing his Assistant Director

The dream of many Assistant Directors in Telugu Film Industry is to be a member of SS Rajamouli's Unit for at least one of his films as there is huge scope for learning & recognition for the work one does. At some point, These Assistant Directors prefer making film on their own and Jagadeesh who is a protege of Rajamouli has just done the same.
Surprisingly, Rajamouli himself revealed he misses not having someone like Jagadeesh in his team. He made these comments during the audio launch of Jagadeesh's directorial debut 'Lachindeviki O Lekkundhi'.
Rajamouli: "A lot of Assistant Directors work with us and they go as soon as they get an opportunity to Direct. I felt very tensed when I came to know that Jagadeesh willn't be working for 'Baahubali'. Such is his importance in our Direction Department. For Magadheera, He took complete care of every aspect and used to prepare everything by the time I reach the sets. Jagadeesh works on every minute detail and this quality will help him scale new heights".
