Rajamouli's big dream house!

SS Rajamouli has decided to enjoy a huge holiday post the completion of his epic dream film project, Baahubali. He toured different countries and recently, visited Sri Lanka for a screening of Baahubali and also interacted with some Tamilians settled there. Now, he is back in the Telugu state and he will be overlooking his new dream project, that is, his house in a village near Nandhyala.
Sometime back, he bought 80 acres of land along with his brother Keeravani who bought 10 acres and friend, producer Sai Korrapati, who also bought 10 acres. In the land, they cleared all the sundry and turned into a big plantation with several fruits and vegetables in different pockets. Now, in this land, he wants to build a house that celebrates contemporary and old architecture styles.
Right now, he is planning the construction site and required funds to finish the construction at a fast pace. For more than 3 months, he will spend his time on this home and his mother-in-law has decided to stay there close to nature it seems. The house will have good ventilation and all required facilities but none of the luxuries like big swimming pools. He will using some 4000 s.ft of land, that is, ten cents, for this house and as he will be overlooking these works, he will also concentrate on his next film it seems.
