Rajamouli Response On Film With Rajini

No other director can achieve the kind of image Rajamouli achieved as a director in India. On the other hand, there is no need to speak about Super Star Rajinikanth's popularity and image. Many feel that if these two come together for a film the sky is the limit for the film.
Talking about this combination, Malayalam director Alphonse Puthren(director of Malayalam Premam) said that if they come together for a film, it will be bigger than 'Avatar'. Even though his statmennt appears to be exaggerated, it's a fact that the combo is will not be a normal one for sure. There were reports in the media that Rajamouli is eager to work with him and Rajini is also interested in this combo.
Rajamouli has responded on this news, during the interaction with BBC in London in a programme. He said that "Rajnikanth is a very big star. He is a symbol of humility. It's a dream for any director to work with Rajini sir. I'm not an exception to this. But the story has to drive me to work with a hero. I choose actors based on the story. If I have a suitable story for him.. if it inpires me to do it with him...then I will definitely work with him. If that happens, I'll be the most happy person on this earth.
