Rumours are abuzz that hike in ticket prices is expected by the time 'Baahubali', which is most expensive film made in India, hits the screens. Even reports of Film's Producer planning to meet Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao for discussing the proposal of price hike began doing rounds. This gave strength to the speculations that Multiplex ticket on weekends could cost either 200 or 250 whereas the current price is 150.

In the press meet held Today, Director SS Rajamouli refuted the rumours about price hike and clarified no such plans have been made. "Initially, We used to loose our cool hearing such speculations. But now, We got used to them and having a hearty laugh," he reacted.

Rajamouli is confident about the recovery of the total cost as 'Baahubali' is being made in 2 parts. 'Atharintiki Daredi', current Industry Hit, collected a share of Rs 75 crore and hence the war film is likely to come closer or surpass this figure if it hits the bull's eye.
