The reason is SS Rajamouli as per the insider buzz. It is known that Rajamouli is going to make a multistarrer with NTR and Charan. It was a huge surprise when announced the multistarrer with the two top Tollywood stars from the two well-known film families. Usually, our top stars don't come together for multistarrers because their fans will fight with each other over the less importance or less screen time for one hero.

Rajamouli wanted to set the right atmosphere between the Mega and Nandamuri fans. That's the reason why he reportedly asked Tarak and Charan to display their affection publicly so that differences between the fans will be minimised.
