Crazy Combination Repeating after 26years

Multistarrer movies were the trend that created sensation on the Indian silver screens in the past. Especially Mani Ratnam's multistarrer with superstar Rajinikanth and Malayalam star Mammootty titled as Thalapathi was the biggest blockbuster at that time. Touted to be a crime thriller the movie hit the silver screens in 1991 which took the Indian box office by storm. The combination is one of the most popular ones.
But after that Rajinikanth and Mammootty didn't shared the screen. Though some rumours came out they disappeared immediately too. But after 26 years this crazy combination is going to repeat. Director Deepak Bhave from Marathi language is going to helm this project titled as Pasayadan
As per the reports, a North Politician Balakrishna is bankrolling this project. The script works are already done and both the heroes have already finalized it. The movie unit has to complete the pre-productions works as soon as possible and start the shooting by February next year. It's a known fact that Rajnikanth's mother tongue is Marathi but this is going to be his debut movie in Marathi. Let's wait and see when the shooting will get completed and when will the movie hit the silver screens.
