Rajinikanth Ignores Telugu Version
By: Tupaki Desk | 4 Dec 2018 5:38 AM GMTSuperstar Rajinikanth also has a massive fan following in Tollywood. Rajinikanth who took more than a year for the shooting of High Budget magnum opus '2.O' has completed the shooting of his upcoming movie 'Petta' in just 4 months.
The shooting went on sets in June and got wrapped up in October. The makers are planning to release the movie for Sankranthi but there are so many direct Tollywood movies that are going to get released during the same season. But, Rajnikanth doesn't want to delay the release and wants to make 'Petta' a Sankranthi release. Even though he wants to release the film during Sankranti, the makers should start the promotional activities in Tollywood as well. But, not even the title logo of the Telugu version got released yet and no one from the movie unit is coming forward to do the promotions. On the other hand, the makers are promoting the film aggressively in Kollywood by releasing posters, singles and are also planning a grand audio launch event.
On this note, some are commenting that the Telugu version of the film might get postponed but whereas the Tamil version will hit the screens for Sankranthi. But all the movies of Rajinikanth will get released in both the languages at the same time. We have to see if 'Petta' is going to change this trend or not.
