Rakshasudu director Ramesh Varma is reported absconding why?

Director and Producer Ramesh Varma is reportedly absconding. Telangana Police are searching for him from 4th of October.
Going into the details, Ramesh Varma wrote and produced, Seven film. Havish acted as the main lead with six other leading ladies like Regina Cassandra Anisha Ambrose etc.
For this film, Ramesh Varma gave Ms. Rohini also known as Kavya contract to handle promotions mainly ads for print and poster publicity.
They both agreed on terms that the producers will pay Rs. 15 lakhs to the person for the work. He paid Rs. 4 lakhs and for the remaining amount he did not pay even a penny according to Rohini.
On top of that she alleged that he repeatedly harassed her with vulgar words and abusive language when she went to his office for the clearance of all the pending bills.
For weeks Police did not register the case as Ramesh Varma had contacts in the upper creme layer of Police and politicians further alleged Rohini.
Finally she asked for intervention of SC/ST commission and they sent a letter to Police to act immediately in this matter. Accordingly Banjara Hills Police Station registered FIR against Ramesh Varma on 3/10/2019.
The case has been registered under SC/ST POA act IPC sections 448,506. This is regarded as punishable criminal offense. When Police tried to contact the director he said that he was in Chennai on 4/10/2019.
Now it is reported that he has been absconding since he last spoke to the police and the search for him is going on.
