Gopichand's Alivelu Venkataramana directed by ace director Teja is in the news for a while. As per the reports, Teja penned the story creatively to make the audience glued to the screen.
At first, the director wanted to rope Kajal, but she walked away from this project due to various reasons. Later Teja approached Anushka and Sai Pallavi. However, the director didn't receive a nod from the star actresses.
The latest buzz is that Teja phoned yet another top actress Rakul Preet and it is heard that Rakul is evincing interest to play opposite to her co-star Gopichand. Seems like the director is trying hard to rope a star actress into his film. There is an official announcement on this yet, but an announcement may be in a short time.
On the work front, Gopi Chand will be next seen in Seeti Maar and Rakul will be seen in Attack, Ayalaan and Indian 2 films.
