Cheliyaa result costing him Cherry film ?

Mani Ratnam is known as a legendary director. Mani sir has several die hard fans..they watch his film irrespective of the talk. Mani sir fans inlcude several top stars and film personalities. But the fate of a film won't be decided by these things. The result of Mani Ratnam's last film 'Cheliyaa' is an example. The movie not only disappointed at the box office but it has damaged the reputation of Mani Ratnam.
It is known that Ram Charan revealed sometime back that his next film will be with Mani Ratnam after completing Sukumar film. But mega fans are reportedly urging him to take back his decision by showing 'Cheliyaa' failure. They are saying that Mani Ratnam's recent movies are disasters except 'OK Bangaram'. Even that film is not a super hit and it was not made with star heroes.
Going by these latest developments, Charan is said to be re-thinking about his decision. As his ongoing film with Sukumar is an experimental subject, he can not afford to take a risk with Mani sir immediately. Though Charan has not completely dropped the idea of working with his favourite director.. he may put the project on hold for some time.
