Charan's studio or Mega Film City?

Other day, Andhra Pradesh minsiter Ganta Srinivasa Rao openly declared that people like Balakrishna, Rajendra Prasad and Ram Charan are trying to build studios in Vizag. That kick started a huge debate.
Sometime back there is buzz that Chiranjeevi and Ganta Srinivasa Rao together have purchased lands near Bheemli, Vizag such that they could setup a big studio. That will be a mini Ramoji Film City and it will be called "Mega Film City" as per the then buzz. Now that Ganta spoke about it, people are confused if Charan wants to build another studio, other than what his family is trying to carve out.
For now, there is stunning silence in film circles about this aspect.
