Mega daughter-in-law celebrates Bathukkamma

Time and again, Mega family's daughter-in-law Upasna always takes time to celebrate all the cultural festivals of Telugu and Telangana people. This time she has celebrated Bathukamma festival in the same way.
"Every year our family looks forward to the Bathukamma festival for all the colours joy and festivities. The lovely young girls from the orphanage "Balika Nilayam" run by our grand mother, helped us make our Bathukammas. Occasions like these help create lifelong memories for us as well as these young girls", said Upasna, in her excited post about the festival.
"Bathukamma is a floral festival celebrated by the women of Telangana. It is celebrated for nine days during Durga Navratri. It is the festival for feminine felicitation", reveals Upasna, signing off.
