Ram Gopal Varma's Short Film 'Meri Beti Sunny Leone Banna Chaahti Hai' is about a Young Girl who aspires to become a Porn Star.
In a recent interview, RGV was asked, 'What if his Daughter expresses the desire to become a Sunny Leone?'. Immediately, The Filmmaker replied: 'I would never ask anyone to stop doing anything. At the same time, I won't listen to anyone's orders'.
Varma explained, 'Anybody can aspire to become anything in their lives. Everyone who does business can't be Mukesh Ambani but there is nothing wrong about aiming to be No.1 in any field. Just because you are a Parent, That doesn't mean you need to have control over the lives of your children. My Father and Mother weren't happy when I discontinued Engineering but I went ahead as this is My Life & I live for myself. And I don't want anyone to live for my sake'.
Don't you think RGV's comments made sense? It's up to the individuals to decide what they want & nobody have the right to impose restrictions.
