Ram says script demanded cigarette

"I don't want to encourage smoking even in films. But 'Sivam' script has demanded a character that smokes all the time. By adding those warnings on the bottom of the screen, I've done that. Just for the sake of script", says hero Ram.
His forthcoming film "Sivam" is hitting theatres on October 2nd on the eve of Gandhi Jayanthi and Ram's smoking in trailers and teasers has become the talk of town now. That's why the youngster has given this clarity. Directed by newcomer Srinivas Reddy, the film seems to be a proper commercial entertainer with beautiful Rashi Khanna in the lead.
