Ram's Warrior team confirms release date

Ram Pothineni has decided to strongly try to work for an action and mass hero image post Ismart Shankar. He did Red with Tirumala Kishore but it did not become a blockbuster as the team wished.
He took time to agree his film but got an opportunity to work in Tamil-Telugu bilingual The Warrior in Linguswamy's direction.
Linguswamy made films like Sandakozhi/Pandem Kodi, Awara/Paiyya that became huge blockbusters in Telugu and Tamil giving markets to Vishal and Karthi, respectively. His other hit films include Run with Madhavan, Vettai with Madhavan and Arya. Vettai got remade as Bhaagi 3 in Hindi and Thadaka in Telugu.
But his big budget films like Ji with Ajith, Bheema with Chiyaan Vikram and Anjaan with Suriya failed at the box office. After Anjaan, it became difficult for him make a comeback for sometime but he did Sandakozhi 2/ Pandem Kodi 2 with Vishal. Movie became a success in Tamil and gave life to Varalakshmi Sarathkumar as a supporting lead.
Now, the director is directing The Warrior film with Ram Pothineni after four years gap. Movie release is confirmed by the team for 14th July.
July month turned out to be lucky for Ram with Ismart Shankar, hopefully this film will also turn out to be a massive success for him. He will be playing a young cop role in the movie. Other details will be announced soon.
