Top Lyric Writer turns Cameo Specialist

Lyric Writer Ramajogayya Sastry seems to be eyeing the 'Cameo Specialist' tag these days. After making his acting debut as a writer in 'King' and Khavvali Singer in 'Surya Vs Surya', He will be seen as an Arab Sheikh in Allari Naresh's soon-to-be-released 'James Bond'.
Ramajogayya Sastry even appears in 'Rama Rama' song of 'Srimanthudu'. He will be seen singing the saaki 'Suryavamsa Thejamunna Sundarangudu...'.
To fulfil his dream of appearing on screen along with Kamal Haasan, Ramajogayya Sastry appealed the versatile actor to give him a chance and got the nod. He along with dialogue writer Abburi Ravi appears in a blink-n-miss scene in Kamal's 'Cheekati Rajyam'.
When asked if he is planning to become a full-time actor, Ramajogayya Sastry clarifies his cameos are just for fun and he is more than happy to remain as a lyric writer. Till date, Sastry has penned over 500 songs.
