Why did Rambha approach Family Court again?

Actress Rambha on Saturday moved a Family Court seeking the custody of her two children. She wants the court to appoint her as a guardian of her kids.
It may be recalled that Rambha had approached Family Court in Chennai on October 25th this year to reunite with her estranged husband and Canada-based businessman Indran Pathmanathan. She told the court that her hubby has kept her in dark about his first marriage with Dushyanthi Selvavinayakam. The former actress accused her husband of harassing her and forcible acquisition of all of her wealth. She alleged that her hubby didn't allow her to meet her children after filed a petition in the Canada court. After Canada court dismissed the insolvency petition filed by him, Indran and his family apologised to Rambha. A compromise has been reached and they kept living together again. But, Indran deserted Rambha and shifted to an other location.
On grounds that Indran has refused to provide education and medical facilities for the children, Rambha sought custody of them. The matter was posted to January 21st next year by the court.
