Touted to be a periodic drama, 'Rangastalam' starring Ram Charan and Samantha got released in March and became a blockbuster. The movie not only collected over a hundred crores at the box office but also topped the non-Baahubali records.
Ram Charan's intense and powerful performance as ChittiBabu drove the movie towards success garnering appreciation from all sections of the audience. The movie also fetched huge profits to all the distributors in all the areas. Now, the same magic got repeated once again when the movie was aired on TV last week. The film made a solid TRP of 19.5 proving the immense craze for the film.
Directed by Sukumar, Mythri Movie Makers bankrolled this project. Devi Sri Prasad scored the music. Aadhi Pinisetty played the vital role in the film whereas Jagapathi Babu and Prakash Raj played the antagonists in the film.
