Rana - Did this project got Shelved?

Grapevine in the Industry is that Rana Daggubati's film 'Chuttalabbayi' under the direction of Parasuram (Yuvatha, Solo fame) has been shelved. In fact, The Macho Hero planned to join the shoot after Summer 2014 as he will be wrapping up his portions in Rudramadevi and Baahubali by then. But, Some how this project got shelved.
Notably, 'Chuttalabbayi' was supposed to be the first film of Rana on his home banner Suresh Productions. The details for cancellation weren't known yet.
Rana will be teaming up with Director Hanu Raghavendra (Andala Rakshasi fame) after his current projects. Makers were keen on roping a Bollywood heroine for the project as its a bi-lingual (Telugu, Hindi).
