Touted to be a feel-good love story, Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha starrer '96' movie finally hit the screens on October 4th. The movie has been receiving hit talk from the audience and is raking good numbers at the box office.
On the other hand, the remake rights of this movie are currently in the hands of Tollywood ace producer Dil Raju who is planning to rope in Nani or Allu Arjun to play the lead in the remake version. Both Nani and Bunny also watched the movie in a special screening. But the lead actor is a middle-aged person in the movie. So, the movie unit is yet to decide whom to consider for this role. Meanwhile, Rana who has been hearing positive reviews about the movie called up Dil Raju and said that he wants to watch the movie and will act in it.
