'Rang De' Easily Cross 10 Crore On Its First Weekend!

Keerthy Suresh's performance, cool music and good entertainment have worked in favor of the film. The promotions were done in an aggressive manner and it became a huge advantage.
Despite the second wave threatening their prospects, 'Rang De' managed to get a share of 10.35 crores in its first weekend in the Telugu states. It got 3.79 crores from Nizam region while Ceded fetched 1.66 crores. The money from Guntur and Krishna were 1.09 crore and 65 lakhs respectively, it collected 1.3 crores from the Vizag area. The film minted 1.42 crores from East and West Godavari combined while it grabbed 44 lakhs from the Nellore region.
With Monday being Holi, the film gets an extra holiday to boost up its collections. The collections at the overseas market are encouraging too as it got 270k dollars on its first weekend. It stands next to 'Jathi Ratnalu' as it becomes the second-highest weekend number posted this year.
